San Diego Zoo! (:

Well, we headed over to San Diego again, and met up with my parents for a week! Eddy and I bought season passes to the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, and to Sea World. So we used out guest passes and got my parents in. (: So here was our trip to the zoo!

Now of course with three little people, trips to the zoo mean baby gear! And with all the hills at this place, I have never been happier to have my BOB Duallie, than I was this day! It was such a life saver. All week actually. LoL. We started out on the bus tour, then walked our way around through the animals, and aviaries. We had a great time. (: My dad sure enjoyed carrying Rylee around in our Ergo [so glad I didn't just bring the Moby Wrap like I'd considered since he wouldn't be comfortable in that]. She is such a happy baby, and when someone is carrying and talking with her outside, she is EVEN happier yet. (:
Paetin was mostly just interested in the skyfari. Actually, that is ALL she talked about the whole day. So when my mom took her up, she of course wanted to do it over and over. LoL. Camy liked walking. She was happy if she could walk. Or if she had control of whatever drinks we had. Such a little cup controller she turned into! Anyways, back to the zoo. They had a lot of baby animals this year, and we were really lucky and got to each exhibit while the animals were all active. (: The hippos were probably my favorite of the day though. Mama and her baby were just playing under the water for all to see. And talk about a big baby! (: I just love going to the zoo, and the San Diego one, is by far one of my favorites yet! (:

  1. So glad you had fun at the San Diego Zoo! Growing up in San Diego and with that zoo, certainly makes all others pale in comparison for me! I went to Roosevelt Junior High for 7th grade, and it butts up to the zoo on one edge. When we would be running laps in gym, we became part of the exhibits as the "Average American Teenager" for the bus tour in those days, much to our embarassment!
