Down Time on Vacation. .

When we WEREN'T at theme parks, or visiting family, we were having fun with the kids. Cause let's be honest, when you're on a family vacation, there isn't really such a thing as "down time" for the parents. (; The first night, we took Paetin and Camy to see Brave in 3D since Eddy wanted to get some rest, and Rylee was ready for bed. Those two definitely got their naps in after the late night of traveling. I mean, it was tough to wake them up if that gives you an idea! It would have been nice for them to go, but really, if I had been as tired as them, I wouldn't have wanted to go either! LoL.

We also got some pool time in. We borrowed my nephews snorkel gear to teach Paetin in hopes that she could go with us as the beach. Which she would have had it not been so windy and choppy that day. ): But she had a great time learning that with a mask and pipe, she could see and breathe under the water! (: Camy had a blast splashing around. Even if she looks unhappy, it was pure joy coming out of her mouth!
The girls shared a bed in the apartment. I don't know HOW Paetin learned to be so patient with her sister, but Camy would push her all the way to the edge, and still sleep halfway on top of her. Paetin never complained to us about it. If it were me, we would not be in the same bed by morning! LoL. Mostly any time that wasn't at a park, was spent trying to recoup or relax after such long days. We had an amazing time, and I'm so glad that my parents made it down to share this with us!<3

  1. I'm so glad your parents were able to go Naomi! I know it made it more enjoyable to have some extra help with the kiddos!
