Auntie Karen Comes to Town! =)

My sister, Karen, came to town on January 5th until the 19th. Being the great big sister that she is, she was helping out with Paetin and Cameryn while Eddy and I were at the hospital when I had little miss Rylee. (: It was so much fun to have her here! I see her when I go up to WA with the girls, but this was her first time visiting us down here, and I have to say, I hope she comes again. I really do miss my sister. <3



Karen is such a great auntie! Paetin had SO much fun with her.. well, maybe it as just the ability to take her Kindle Fire to play Bejweled and Angry Birds, but needless to say, she had a great time with her. Camy Raye also really enjoyed having her in town! The little bug got all sorts of snuggles and treats! I won't lie, we didn't do a whole lot. We did walks in the morning, in hopes to get some walking in before labor, we checked out a Vineyard [church] down here, that I quite enjoyed [as did Paetin], and took the kiddos to the zoo one day. Yes, of course we did the zoo, we always do! d:Karen was also really awesome about making sure that I got out to do all of my appointments, like Rylee's four-day check-up, heading out to get nutrition info taken care of, and of course, the regular obligations of just getting the new mom OUT of the house! (: She was a great help, and I really hope that she can come down to visit again. I miss her so!

Karen is a real big foodie, so she cooked some good food for us as well! Got to say, I really LOVED her vegie lasagna.. Mmmm. I wouldn't mind making that, again and again! (: Since I had Rylee only a few days after Karen got here, I won't lie; She spent the majority of her time snuggled up on the couch with the little bug on her chest! Ooh the life of a new again auntie!! d:


 A couple days before she left, she took some ADORABLE newborn photos of Rylee [see our family photos page]. It was really great to have her in the house. Just the conversation was nice to have. I love her. And I can't wait to visit her when she has a little one to share! <3<3
