Enjoying the Trampoline!
As everyone in the world knows, we got the girls a trampoline for Christmas. Well that was a whole four days ago, and that is a whole four days of either jumping, or talking about jumping from both, Paetin and Cameryn. It is so fun that they love it so much! And I won't deny that it is definitely a work out to keep them entertained! (; Camy is finally comfortable jumping on her feet while other people jump around her, and she also has no problem just hanging out in the center letting everyone, and anyone bounce her to their hearts content. Paetin on the other hand, took a few days coaching to be okay with the aspect of letting others bounce her. Something about being out of control. I have NO idea where she'd get that from. (;
Our Merry Christmas 2012!
We were up super late on Christmas Eve playing "Santa" and of course baking like a magic elf! Edward and I didn't get to bed until after 2:00 A.M. so when our alarm went of at 6:15, we were definitely wondering if the cherry rolls on Christmas morning were truly worth it! LoL.. but who were we kidding? Of course they were! (; We got our dill bread made, an two pies baked the night before, so all we had to do was get our sweet dough put together, wait for it to rise and bake just a little more before the girls woke up. Who knew that the earliest one would be Paetin after 8:15!! LOL!! Our tradition at our house is that we allow the girls to open ONE gift on Christmas Eve, our Chrismas Jammies. Then you can wake up whenever you want, and you can open your stockings as you please, but we won't open any presents until after our breakfast, which won't happen until everyone is up, and well, when we get around to it. Just to be clear, our breakfast is usually around 9-9:30 on Christmas morning. So what is only an hour to us, is an eternity to a little person anxious to get ripping! (;
7 Cousins on Christmas Eve! (:
For Christmas Eve, we headed up to my brother Danny's place. He was supposed to have a bunch of people over for dinner and caroling. Let me just say, I think it was a trick! Our family, and Janel's brother Bryan were the only ones. Though I won't lie, it was a lot fun, and way less hectic this way! (; The girls had so much fun seeing the boys, and really, since we moved to Laveen last year, we don't see as much of my brother's family as I would like. Hopefully we'll be better about that. (;

Christmas Programs!
Paetin had her very first Christmas Program last night. Man was it cute!!! It was compiled of the First Graders singing two song, the Kindergartners singing three, and then for the finale, they sang two together.<3 Earlier in the day I was fortunate enough to catch the last two songs as they performed them for the other students at the school, and it actually brought tears to my eyes. Not to mention sad things, but given the recent shooting in Connecticut, seeing that many five to seven year-old kids come together to spread Christmas joy was a little overwhelming. My heart goes out to those family and friends who will not be able to join, or see their little ones perform their Christmas songs this season. ): Sorry to damper the post, but it truly was my thoughts and feelings at the time.<3 Merry Christmas, and though it won't be the same for you, may it be filled with love.
Gingerbread Houses with 28 Kindergartners!
Who knew that even gingerbread houses made with milk cartons and graham crackers could be as messy and unpredictable as an actual gingerbread houses? Not that I would trade, I'm all over the graham cracker versions, I think real ones are the most evil things about Christmas!! (; I was lucky enough to be able to volunteer and help out in Miss Zakarian's class on Tuesday, and help the kids make their houses! They had so much fun, and for a bunch of five and six year-old kids, man were they creative!!

My Very First Cookie Party! :P
Last night, I hosted my very first cookie and soup party! That's right, cookies AND soup! Cause really, is there anything better than those together only ten days before Christmas? What's that? There is? Oh yeah, if you add a hot chocolate and hot cider bar! Guess what?! We did! (; LoL. I was so nervous about this, since I haven't really had more than a handful of people over to the house.. and this was a whole group at once! All of the sudden all of the imperfections and insecurities that I could possibly have about my house, started to happen in full force. All I can say is, my poor dear husband.<3 I will state my personal opinion; I think the evening was quite a success, especially for my first get together that didn't involve my parents!
A Christmas Hole!
Well.. for a week now, we have had a GIANT hole in our backyard. Many people who have stopped by our place this week, have been super impressed. I mean, we got 90% of it dug in the first day.. . why do you think they're impressed? Well.. the answer is, we live in Arizona, and dirt here sucks! And that is even if you can actually bring yourself to call it dirt. It's more like clay meets rock from hell and made a baby. Try digging that! (; To be honest, everyone is just impressed that we didn't have to rent a jack hammer. Cause we have "nice" dirt.. please use that term loosely, I know I do!

Wendy on the Shelf
Last year my nephews got a little buddy in the beginning of December. He was an elf, and he lived on a shelf. In fact, the actually named him, "Buddy". (; I know this is a timeless tradition that goes way back.. but needless to say, it's a tradition that is back in full heat this season! Paetin LOVED Buddy, and wanted her own elf desperately. I had such a hard time spending $30 on a stuffed elf and a book, and then getting a skirt if we got a little lady, that even though I wanted to fun of one, I was going to pass it up this year. That is, until, Barnes&Noble hosted little lady elves for $13.49 and free shipping! Heck, even with a $6.00 skirt, that is a lot cheaper! So, I caved, and she was to our house in three short days!
Mr.& Mrs. Claus and Snow Balls. (;
Dec. 1st, 2012 our neighborhood block watch hosted a "Winter Wonderland" at the park behind our house. The talk of the week was the 20 TONS of snow that they were to have! Oh man, we were so excited! I mean . . Santa, SNOW, and hot cocoa sounded just about right to get us into the Holiday Spirit. (: Let's be honest, Arizona isn't exactly known for it's overabundance of Christmas "demeanor". (;My OldMan Keeps Getting Older!
November 30th.. oh what a day!! My "old man" turned TWENTY-EIGHT that day!! (: I can't really tell you the last time that Eddy or I celebrated our birthdays.. but I was so thrilled that we got to celebrate his this year! Even with it being right after a festive Thanksgiving, and just before an expensive month of Christmas! My parents were in town, and luckily, they were even able to go out WITH us, instead of babysitting for us. (; My brother, Janel and our new little nephew Eric joined us as well. It was a lovely evening, indeed! <3
Public Speaking. (:
I know that even as an outgoing person, I, personally, always get so nervous and tend to choke up when it comes to public speaking. I mean, they say it was next to death on people's "want to do" lists?? Well.. Miss Paetin had NO problem speaking at her first public event, in front of a few HUNDRED people!Wednesday, December 5, 2012
Three Year Polansky. (;
I know this may seem silly. But to Eddy and Paetin, yesterday, December 4, 2012, was a special day. That day marked three years since Eddy chose to be Paetin's daddy forever. That day in Washington, changed bother theirs, and my life forever. We became a full, legal family.<3
He had to work yesterday, and I was literally gone ALL day, so he had the babies until he went to work, but he stopped by her school, and gave her a rose to show her it was something special to him. When I picked her up, she was SO proud of her rose that Daddy sent to her in class! <3 I couldn't be more happy for her and him both. They love each other so much, and over the last three years (and even before then) they have helped each other morph and grow into who they are today. I can't wait to see the journey they'll have together from here out. (: Paetin is so lucky to have Eddy, as am I. And he is lucky to have her. Their relationship was something chosen, and honestly, their love for each other melts my heart everyday.

Running BabyPo. (;
Oh jeez! I signed up for more that I'd realized! About three months ago I made the decision to start making and selling my minky blankets; BabyPo Blankets. Well, those three months have sure been a hoot! I am so glad that I made this choice. It is a lot of work, and there are some nights where I am crying over things that really just happen, but it is all worth it. I know it requires a bit more from Eddy, later nights on my end, which lead to a bit more of a hectic morning than we used to have.. but we both agree, that it is all great in the end. I have something of my own to keep my going, and a bit of a personal income to help with those extras that things were a little too tight for before. Like those Christmas stockings I splurged and got! I am surprised with the amount of orders I have received, and the popularity of the "Lovies" I have in WA, at Fidalgo Baby. Thank goodness for Heather and her willingness to carry them for me! **Be sure to check her out if you're ever in the area.** (;Christmas Projects!
I'm sure by now you all know, that I truly, TRULY, love projects. They make my soul beyond happy. Uplift any fowl mood I may encounter. Give me purpose on a lazy day.. Well.. I think you get the idea; I like projects. (; Christmas is going to be coming up fast and this year I'm hosting a Cookie Exchange and Soup Party! So, I guess it's time to get the house presentable! Eddy of course, is sure to keep the kids out of my hair, so I'm free to work away!
First things first, I had to convince Eddy that our banister HAD to be stained before the party. This of course didn't take much work at all, he knew I was right. Now getting him to help me sand it [a task that is just too much for my little arms to complete on my own **wink, wink**] was another story. Mostly I invited Ben over and he helped me and Eddy knock it out of the way, and then they were free to hang out as I wiped it down and stained away to my hearts content. I won't lie. I think it looks fabulous! Now I can't wait to do the kitchen cabinets [since I've already done all three bathrooms] and add knobs! Though that will have to wait until February when I have a bit more time. (;

A Saturday Thanksgiving. (;
Eddy had to work on Thanksgiving Thursday, and my parents flew in Friday, so we decided we'd celebrate our Thanksgiving two days late, again! I guess this is starting to become a habit for our family! (; I mean, two out of three years is starting a trend. Needless to say, we had a LOVELY time! A couple of people ended up not being able to make it, but my girlfriend Kristen came, my brother's family, and of course us and my parents!<3 We were definitely surrounded by people we love.Friday night, the cooking started! We had a bit of a pie baking party. Paetin was a great pie crust worker.. well, at least she thought so! And Kristen wanted to learn, so we had a hoot letting everyone pitch in. I mean, who doesn't love a pie? And let's admit it, we ladies, know how to make a pretty damn good one! (: Five pies later, we had breakfast and snacks for days, and you won't find one of our girls complaining! (; The last of them were finished off today, and realistically I have to say that I'm not so sure what to make for breakfast tomorrow.

"How to Cook a Turkey" by Paetin.
Miss Zakarian's class decided to get into the "Holiday" spirit for Thanksgiving with a recipe bash. They all sat down and told Tamara how exactly to make their turkey. I received the paper today that a had all of the students' detailed directions on how to get the best turkey for my feast, from beginning to end. (; I just have to say, these kindergarteners are some seriously creative kids!!

Austin Visits Paetin!
Austin came to town for about five days, and Paetin was SOO pleased to have him! It is SO beyond humbling to realize how truly blessed I am. Not only did Austin do the most selfless thing I've witnessed while allowing Eddy to adopt Paetin, but he has maintained a sober life, and has continued to pursue a relationship with Paetin, while still allowing, and respecting Eddy and me as parents. His brothers and parents have treated all five of my family, as their own, and it is so heart-melting to see how loved all of our girls are. Even by those who have no obligations to them. The Elliot's treat all of us the same, with love, kindness, and support.<3Friday, November 9, 2012
Thank you, Jimmy Kimmel!
I know that this could be considered mean.. but after seeing the day after Halloween last year on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where all the parents pranked the kids and said that they ate all the candy.. Eddy and I just HAD to do it! Not to mention, Erica egged us on. (; We did it to both Hayden, and Paetin seperately [as Paetin had to get up earlier for school]. Hayden just told us to ask next time.. I mean, who has that much patience about your missing candy when you're six?? Well, Paetin was a little less understanding. I am honored to say, she actually had a loss for words!
Halloween in Wonderland (;
Halloween was something of an event this year. Paetin chose to be the "Queen of Hearts". All because she wanted to say, "off with your head!" LoL.. what a character, right? (; Needless to say, when she picked this, I instantly thought that Camy would make the absolute perfect "Alice". Then lucky Rylee was stuck with being the "Chesshire Cat". We were a family from Wonderland there out. I begged Eddy to dress up as a card of hearts with me, I even has the best way to pull it off. Obviously, it was a no go. But the girls had a wonderful time regardless!! (:

Ice-Cream for Potty! (:
It is official; Cameryn Raye is potty trained! For those of you who know, we tried about two months ago, put panties on full time and thought she was doing great! .. . Until after one day, when she would NOT stop screaming. And it wouldn't stop from there. So to save myself, and her, immense frustration, we decided to wait for while. Every two weeks or so we'd try again, with no prevail. Until this week. We put her on the potty, and wa-lla! This week was the week! (:

Paetin's "Outstanding Acheivement" Award!
On Thursday Paetin received the, "Outstanding Achievement" award for her Kindergarten class! It is a lot like the "Kiwanis" when I was kid, except that you receive it at an assembly in front of everyone verses just in the classroom. We are soooo proud of our big girl! The teacher chooses two students in the class room that feels have been exemplary in the class, and in the academic criteria! It is too bad that they can only be chosen once a year! Though, there is always the "honor roll" awards to add to these next year, and I bet she'll LOVE to be on that one every quarter. (;Rylee Anne's First Tooth. (:
Well, September 28th marked a special day for our little 'Roo; she got her first tooth! We have been waiting and waiting and waiting for the little bugger to break through, and she woke up that morning with a new little sharp buddy in her mouth! (: A first tooth is a just a tooth.. but I just have to say, we were expecting it a bit sooner since Paetin had gotten hers at six-months, and Camy at seven. Little Rylee is almost nine-months already!

Two Front Teeth. :D
It is official! Paetin has lost her two front teeth! I am really excited about this since we have our family holiday photos in a few weeks, and they will for sure be missing! The perfect, "All I want for Christmas are my two front teeth" spokes person. (:

A Girl and her Puppy.
Now.. when we got Marlo, Paetin had
been begging for a puppy. So naturally, we thought she would absolutely
adore him. Which, she does, but not NEARLY as much has her baby
sister, Cameryn. The relationship between Marlo and Cameryn is nothing
short of "interesting". Such a love/hate thing that it is quite comical
to watch, actually! But she sure loves her puppy.<3

Rylee 'Roo, the side walker?
So she has gone from an inchworm, to more of a side walker type creature. Hope this video can make you giggle as much as it does for us whenever we watch it! I'd say she's a "hoot" already, but if I am honest, I don't think that she is intentionally this hilarious.<3

Camaroni Turned TWO today!!
Saying it seems so crazy, but it's true. Little Camy Raye is two years-old today! Wowza! She had such a lovely day. We went out and about, doing nothing really, and then had my brother's family over for dinner and cake this evening. Getting the six kids together is always so much fun! I am so excited for our monthly "camp outs" to continue, and nights like tonight make me love having them all together more and more, each and every time! We had Andrew's second birthday last Saturday, and Camy's today, so in the last week, they have all become experts on the matter. (:

The Newest Polansky!
Today we took the family step of buying a puppy! He is a 5 month-old chihuahua mix, and sweet as pie! We have a lot of training ahead of us, but so far, the girls just LOVE him! We just wanted to introduce the newest little member. (: His name is Marlo. <3

BabyPo Blankets!
Okay, so I finally succumbed to my friends' pressure, and have decided to start selling my minky blankets!! My mom helped me come up with the name, "BabyPo Blankets". It was a fairly easy name choice actually, since I called my babies,"Baby Po", when I was pregnant. And of course I only started making these for them, and then myself, and then our friends, nieces and nephews! This has actually been a really fun experience so far, though I've only done one group order of customs. I do, however,have a second order coming up on September 5th! And then I'll "sew" on from there! (:

Our Little "Inch Worm"
It's official.. Rylee is not yet crawling, but she is definitely "inching" her way around the house to grab things of interest! She is, of course, still a bit rolly, but I LOVE how her little tushy goes so high up in the air so she can push herself closer and REEEEEEACH for her goal! Just wanted to share this little video of her after her, yes, worm rattle! (;
Lil' Roo's 6 Month Photoshoot!
As I'd posted before, we subject our children to yet ANOTHER photoshoot. It was extremely important to me, that we got Rylee's six month photos done. (: Here are just a few to show you some fun! Cause I mean really, what is more fun than a little rolly-polly baby?Thursday, August 16, 2012
Big Girl Panties! (;
Today, Camy dressed herself. Man was she proud! She grabbed a diaper, unsnapped it, set it down and after putting on her dress [which took a few minute alone, though she refused any help!], looked at it and decided to put her bloomers on without it! Well, if I haven't seen a for sure sign to start potty training, I'd say that's a pretty darn good one! (; Now, we did try about two months ago with Camy, and she was so interested. That is until she realized she actually HAD to sit on the potty, verses just playing on and off as she saw fit.. Needless to say, that ended with some serious tantrums! Sunday, August 12, 2012
Sneak Peek to Family Photos!
Yes, of course, being the photograph fanatic that I am, we had family photos done at the very end of July! Rylee was six months, and we thought it was time for her to enter, once again, into the modeling world! (; We were able to get individuals of each of the girls, a family shot, and of course, focus on our little 'Roo since it was all for her after all! We worked with the lovely Kara Barrett, and I fell in love her with buoyant personality, and her darling little girls!

Paetin's First Week of School!
I have to admit, I was a BIT nervous about Paetin's first day of school. I'm not sure why, I don't usually get emotional about things like this.. and I am glad to say, not a tear was shed, nor did I feel the need to shed one. It was just. . . . weird. It was a different schedule all around, our days have started earlier, naps are taken earlier [and more frequent by Rylee] and overall, everything changed, not just Paetin being gone for seven hours a day. Her first day had me nervous, just cause I wasn't sure how she would handle the new authority, or the classroom setting in general. Well . . I guess the worrying was for nothing! She had a GREAT first day, with gym class included! Of course Paetin is social, and easy with other people, but I was really nervous about her ability to follow instructions given by Miss Zakarian, or other faculty. She was so excited to go back the next day, it melted my heart to see her so thouroughly enjoying her new life adventure. (:
A Polansky Wedding! (:
Nothing melts my heart more, than watching my little girls, and their daddy, love each other sooo much! <3 We are just finishing breakfast [Paetin had been playing dress-up ALL morning] and Paetin walks over to me, asks to borrow my ring, and tells me she is going to need a prince so that she can be a princess and get married today. Oh. My. Goodness. She promptly looks at her daddy and says,"Daddy, will you dress up and be my prince so we can kiss and get married?" **HEART WRENCHING!**Thursday, August 2, 2012
Meeting Miss Zakarian!
Tonight was, "Meet Your Teacher Night" at Paetin's school! She was absolutely thrilled all day, and just couldn't wait another minute to go! When we told her it was time to go, she was rushing us out the door! (: After walking the extremely HOT 7 minutes it took us to get to her school, Paetin walked right up and met her new principal. We headed to the gym to check out the class lists, meat the PTA leaders, and then headed over to her new classroom! After looking around at the tables Paetin found her name and welcome package. And let's face it, there is barely a shy bone in Paetin's body, she befriend a boy, Kayden [who sits are her table group], promptly, and introduced herself to Miss Zakarian all on her own.

Talk About a HUGE Fair!
Now, we come from a very small valley in Washington called Skagit Valley. It is small, yet still pretty well known for it's amazing tulip fields. Our fairs are nothing big, but still very enjoyable to go to, especially with little kids. Well . . we went to the San Diego County Fair. . and honestly, I don't even know how to explain this. It takes all meaning of what I thought a fair was, and pretty much crushes it! This place, was HUGE!
Down Time on Vacation. .
When we WEREN'T at theme parks, or visiting family, we were having fun with the kids. Cause let's be honest, when you're on a family vacation, there isn't really such a thing as "down time" for the parents. (; The first night, we took Paetin and Camy to see Brave in 3D since Eddy wanted to get some rest, and Rylee was ready for bed. Those two definitely got their naps in after the late night of traveling. I mean, it was tough to wake them up if that gives you an idea! It would have been nice for them to go, but really, if I had been as tired as them, I wouldn't have wanted to go either! LoL. Visiting Great-Grandma Polansky. (:
Now, Eddy's Great Grandma Margaret, is still going strong! Such a spunky and fun woman. I love being able to go over and see her. For someone who is coming up on 93, she sure is full of life. It was great for her to see Paetin and Cameryn again, and to be able to meet Rylee for the first time. (:

La Jolla Beach Day! (:
We headed up to La Jolla to spend a day at the beach! Paetin was SO excited for this, and she really did have a fun time from arrival to departure. (: First of all, if you go to the San Diego area, I really recommend this place for your beach day adventures. We have gone here two out of three times, and when compared to Mission Bay, [though also fun] I'd choose this hands down! Whether you have little kids in the sand, snorkel/scuba dive, you want to boogie board, or even if you just want to have a fun park day, this is your place! I love La Jolla shores! LoL.
The San Diego Safari Park! (:
This is a park that I had never been to before. It was pretty cool, but we'd only set aside a couple of hours, thinking that it would be much smaller than it is. Really, you need the whole day for this. Plus, it was much hotter than we had anticipated, so in a sense we were kinda glad to not be there all day. We did the tram ride, and walked around a bit. Really, it will be a place I'd LOVE to go back to in October, when it will be much cooler, and we can set aside more time for it. (:
A Day at Sea World!
Sea World has to be my personal favorite theme park! I always have so much fun there considering that is by no means, the biggest park. Always a great time to be had! We met Eddy's grandma, Barb at opening time, and spent some time with her, before she headed home. I mean, she does work there so it can't be all that much fun spending your days off there. But it was really nice to spend some time with her, since we don't see her often. She went to the new Shamu show with us. Paetin had such a hoot there! At this show, they have all the kids come down to the front to "call" Shamu to splash you, and man oh man, did she get soaked! (:
San Diego Zoo! (:
Well, we headed over to San Diego again, and met up with my parents for a week! Eddy and I bought season passes to the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, and to Sea World. So we used out guest passes and got my parents in. (: So here was our trip to the zoo!

Rylee is 5-Months?
Can it be? Rylee Anne is really five-months already? I guess they're not kidding when they say time flies, and even more so the more kids you have! Man, if you think the first one went by fast, it's like number three was never really a baby!! LoL. Our little, smiley, cooey, chipmunk is indeed five months already! Past it even. (;The Riley's Took a Bike Trip. (:
Uncle Ken and Aunt Cindi called me, and told me they were taking a motorcycle trip, and wanted to stay with us for a few days if we'd have them. I could not even begin to tell you how happy this made me! I miss all of my family and friends from home, but they are definitely in the top five! My brother, Danny, and I hopped on a motorcycle and drove 4 hours up to Lake Havasu [where the London Bridge was moved to] and met up with them. And then drove 4 hours back. LoL. For anyone who has been on long motorcycle trips . .you should know this was my first long "ride" and well . . my ass was definitely feeling it! I felt so bad that they'd stop just so I could get a break! But I wasn't rejecting them either!
The Cleaning Lady? - NOPE!
I know a lot of stay-at-home-moms that don't put the emphasis on a clean house the way that i do . . a lot of them call me OCD actually . . I have to agree in some ways. Since having kids, messes drive me nuts! I don't know exactly what happened, but I have to have a clean house or I'm uncomfortable even going out for the day. It's almost like I don't deserve it in my head. Go ahead. Call me crazy. Well, since I'm cleaning everyday, my girls are quite used to it. So used to it in fact, they now want to do it for me!! Hire a maid? I don't think I need to! I have super girls who give me all the help I need!May Brought me Projects!
For those of you who "know" me . . you know that I am a bit of a project hound. I always have something going, and if I don't, then I'm going crazy! Thankfully, this year I've stayed busy with a lot of small things. . but once the company wasn't constant, I started to get kinda cooky in the head. So May, for me, meant time to keep busy!

Paetin Lost her First Tooth! (:
I could have SWORN that I'd posted this, but obviously, I didn't! I guess that is mommy fail of the month of March! Paetin lost her first tooth! One week to the day before her 5th Birthday, she was sitting on the couch working on her workbook, and after dinner I went to brush her teeth, and it was GONE! I asked her when that happened, and she said, "After lunch, silly!" What? After lunch? I asked her why she didn't tell me, and if you know ANYTHING about Paetin, you know how abnormal it is for her to have not said anything for 4+ hours [I mean, lets be honest, the kid tells you how many boogers she can get in a day], and she said,"I don't know". So there you have it. She yanked it out, put it in her pocket, and told me HOURS later! Sheesh. Today, she lost her second tooth! And she couldn't be more excited for the Tooth Fairy tonight! <3 Our big girl is growing up, can't believe she starts school in just three months! School, teeth . . Egads, where have the last five years gone?!?

Paetin's Birthday Ride! (:
As I'd mentioned in the previous post, Paetin wanted to go horse back riding for her birthday! In my family growing up, at around age five or six, my parents stopped doing parties with presents, and started doing experiences. I LOVED this growing up, and we'd decided to carry out the tradition. So year one for Paetin, we headed to MacDonald's Ranch in Scottsdale, and took her out for a ride!! And obviously, she was thrilled with it!! <3

Paetin turns 5! (:
I can't believe that five years has already passed since I had my little girl! So many things have changed in that time that my life is almost unrecognizable! She has been the biggest joy that I ever could have asked for. (:
Washington with THREE Littles!
I headed home to Washington on Valentine's Day, with the much needed help on the plane of the lovely Erica. (: Flying with the four kids actually wasn't bad at all, but I wouldn't have wanted to take the three girls without the help. (; My other ladies, Sarah and Shelly, were at the airport to pick me up! It was SO nice to get up there and be greeted by such good friends. (:
Another Pitner Visit! (:
We all know how much I love my girl, Erica!! She truly is one of the best of friends. (: Her and her little man, Hayden, [I guess he just isn't so little anymore] came down for a week! Not only did they come to see me, but Erica had worked out the idea that she would help me fly home with all three girls, so I wouldn't have to do it alone. (: Now, that's a great friend! (: Not to mention the date she gave Eddy and me! Our first actual date in over two years! Ah, thanks girl!
The Polansky's Made It!!
Of course, the new again grandparents wanted to come down to see their newest addition! Dan and Ladena [Eddy's parents] made their first visit to us the same day that Karen flew out. So really, not a dull moment here for a while! If you've followed these posts at all, you'd know that my in-laws hadn't met Cameryn until I flew up to Washington with the two girls for Christmas. Now they didn't know we were coming, so it was a complete surprise to them when they saw not only Paetin and myself, but their never seen 3 1/2 month-old grand-baby, Camy. (: So this time they weren't going to miss out. Rylee was only eleven days old before they saw her. (: Auntie Karen Comes to Town! =)
My sister, Karen, came to town on January 5th until the 19th. Being the great big sister that she is, she was helping out with Paetin and Cameryn while Eddy and I were at the hospital when I had little miss Rylee. (: It was so much fun to have her here! I see her when I go up to WA with the girls, but this was her first time visiting us down here, and I have to say, I hope she comes again. I really do miss my sister. <3
