The Grand Canyon!

So we've lived in Arizona for over a year. We'd said since our first month we'd wanted to go to the Grand Canyon, and we just now made it 15 months later! LoL. But hey, at least we made it! (:

We drove up through Sedona the first day and stayed at a hotel in Flagstaff! Sedona was reallly pretty, though I did think there would be more to it.. go figure it was all talked up LoL. But pretty none the less. Flagstaff was freezing! I felt like I was home in WA, where they just had an ice storm last week! Thank goodness the pool was indoor so we could still take the girls for a swim!

The next day we headed off on our hour and a half drive the the big ole Grand! It was amazing. Huge. Gigantic. Awesome. Grand. It was a huge ass hole in the ground! That's for sure! Poor Paetin was just soo tired since Camy had kept us all up the night before while trying to cut her second tooth. At least she got it cut! But needless to say, Paetin wasn't in the best of spirits. It was still a really nice trip though. I would LOVE to do the hike sometime. And raft the river! Though I hear the river has a year or more wait! I bet it's worth it though! I would say it's worth going! It's definitely a site to see! <3
